Educational Background and Clinical Training
Michael graduated from California State University, Chico, with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in African-American Studies. He completed his master’s in Social Work at California State University, San Marcos. Michael’s clinical training includes providing individual and group therapy to high school students and working as a mental health counselor on a college campus. He has experience working in private practice and treating a wide range of individuals, which further enhances his ability to support diverse client needs.
Currently, Michael continues to support students as a part-time adjunct college mental health counselor, helping them achieve both mental well-being and academic success.
